The Policy & Planning Department of Nunavut Tunngavik Inc. (NTI) maintains an Inuit Firm List in accordance with Article 24 of he Nunavut Land Claims Agreement.

A Certificate is issued to those firms which meet the criteria of Article 24, and the name of the firm is posted to this website.

This website listing is updated regularly, but an interim period may elapse between registration and website posting. In such cases, the newly registered firm may use a copy of its “Certificate of Inuit Firm Status” to show that it is registered as an Inuit firm.
